Charlie painted this poster for the 2005 Vancouver to Toronto Cowboy Train. We had Ramblin' Jack Elliott, Tom Russell, Wylie Gustafson, Don Edwards.... it was a terrific time. Wylie, who had just done the "Ya-hooooo" yodel, bought the original. Crew member Patrick LeBlanc has had the 'cold cowboy' tattooed on his arm. The drawing of the cowboy was based on an old magazine illustration, and, over the years, this has remained one of the most remarked-upon travel posters.
